This is Julian Lloyd Webber, the brother of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The musical : Phantom of the Opera, was Andrew Lloyd Webber's work. And this video was from the Royal Hall Of Celebration in 1998. Sarah Brightman and Antonio Banderas (the voice for the Puss in boots in Shrek) sang Phantom of The Opera in this concert as well. I watched this concert in the dvd.... years ago (?) well, my pig brother bought it. It's really nice, watch it if you got it. LOL
